Do you have a store location?
We are currently working on finding the right magical place to set our roots, but for the time being we only exist in the internet sphere, however we will come soon to selected retailers worldwide.
What method of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.
Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?
For orders shipping to a country outside of Mexico, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and is the full responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable through Acqua Di Artem. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping information and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.
How should I take care of embroidered items?
We recommend handling them with care and dry-cleaning them instead of machine washing.
Are the products really made by ‘hand’?
If a product says “hand-woven”, “hand-drawn”, “hand-embroidered”, it was made by individuals using their own skilled hands in the process.
Since you mostly sell linen, are you a beach/cruise brand?
While it’s true that linen is mostly used during the summer months, but our garments are meant to be worn all year round.
Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the unusual event in which your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at studio@acquadiartem.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
