Shipping and returns



Please note that Free Shipping applies only to orders with the destination being either the USA, Canada or Mexico.

A shipping fee will be applied to the rest of the countries, depending on the location. However, when buying more than one item of clothing, there will be Free Shipping on all the rest of the countries as well. 

We ship all orders with our logistics partner DHL (worldwide). We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of purchase.

Depending on your location, the shipping time may take:

NORTH AMERICA: 2-3 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: 5-6 working days.


Orders placed before noon (GMT-6) will start to be processed immediately, orders placed after noon (GMT-6) will be processed starting from the next business day.

Please note: orders placed after noon (GMT-6) on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

Once your order has been carefully packed and picked up by the courier from Acqua Di Artem Headquarters, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with all the information regarding your order, such as the tracking number and status of your shipment.

Remember that once the package has left Acqua Di Artem Headquarters, the delivery time is always dependent on your location and customs clearance. The customer is responsible for any and all local import charges levied by the respective customs authority.

Please beware that if you refuse your parcel, or the storage limit time expires in customs without due payment, the goods will be returned to us. Shipping and handling charges will still be applied by the courier.





We offer a 14 days return policy. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and ensure they arrive back with us within 14 days of your receipt of purchase. Kindly return the item(s) in their original, un-worn, and un-washed condition, with all tags and tassels attached. Please note that only items in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at their own cost. All sales are final after 14 days. All sales on “sale” products are final.

We kindly bring to your attention that we are a small independent brand, and as such, encourage you to email or DM us should you have any doubts or questions before making your purchase. We will do our very best to help you find your size and fit, and in this way we hope to minimise the impact of returns on the business.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and paid duties are non-refundable. All refunds exclude original postage costs.
